Have you ever felt this way?
... I've been there myself
For many years growing up I experienced chronic migraines 2-3 days a week.
In 2004, I injured my lower back and went through chiropractic and physical therapy treatment with no relief. After receiving my first massage in 2007, the sciatic pain and migraine tension I had experienced for so long finally started to calm down. I knew right then that massage was the key. I attended the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2008 and found a passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. Working with clients who have suffered chronic migraines, long term dysfunction from car accidents, or scar tissue from surgeries, I found my passion in helping these clients find their way back to living pain free. In 2012 I continued my education at the Structural Integration Institute where I learned to address the body’s connective tissue to release holding patterns that keep people stuck in pain.
I founded Millcreek Therapeutic Massage in 2021 so that I can continue to provide comfort and relief for people who are suffering in pain. As a massage therapist, I know that the body has a natural ability to heal itself; sometimes our tissue just needs a little guidance and support.
In the fifteen years that I have been providing massage therapy, clients have seen their migraines subside in intensity and frequency; some clients even stopped experiencing migraines entirely. The key that I have found is working with the muscles in the shoulder blade and the jaw as these muscles can affect tension around the nerves into the skull.
In my free time I love to spend time in nature hiking and camping, connecting with the healing energy that natural environment provides. I enjoy many styles of music and singing (badly) in the car!

I believe in strong communication between the client and massage therapist so that I can provide the best pressure for you without causing pain.
